Sad News

 

My mum sadly passed away yesterday during the early hours.

 

Mum took a turn for the worse on Monday, so when I finished my first days’ induction at Vodafone I rushed to her bedside.

 

Mum was still fighting as she had been doing for 3 months in ICU, but this time was not to be.

 

My brother and sister agreed it best I go on the 2nd day induction as this is what mum would have wanted as well, but I decided to stay at home today in order to rest and to take time out.

 

Vodafone are amazing. My new manager and HR agreed without any hesitation on my time off.
